At Fire Start Productions, our strength comes from a core team of three South Jersey creatives with diverse backgrounds in entertainment, media, and production. Together, we bring a unique mix of technical expertise, creative vision, and client-first collaboration to every project. Devin – CEO
Devin Scheck is the visionary leader behind Fire Start Productions. With a foundation in Music Business and Media Marketing from Berklee College of Music, Devin has built a career at the intersection of creativity and technology. He is Avid Pro Tools certified, trained under Grammy-nominated experts, and has set up productions for some of the world’s largest acts, giving him firsthand experience in managing high-pressure, large-scale events.In addition to his expertise in audio and design, Devin is highly skilled in filmmaking and camera operations, bringing a sharp visual eye to every production. His combined strengths in technical execution and creative storytelling allow him to oversee projects from both a strategic and artistic perspective.
Salvatore – COO
With nearly a decade in live production and entertainment, Salvatore Brenhuber brings technical mastery and operational precision to Fire Start Productions. As a proud member of IATSE, Sal has worked on Broadway-scale productions in New York with Local 1, as well as major film and television projects, including Steven Spielberg’s West Side Story, HBO’s The Gilded Age, and productions for Apple TV and Netflix.
Sal is also certified in OSHA 10/30, Lift Truck operation, MEWPs, rigging, and stage electrical systems. Known for his deep expertise in lighting design and stagecraft, Sal ensures every production achieves the right mood, tone, and professionalism while running smoothly and safely from setup to execution.
Juliani – CMO
Juliani Bonilla brings a people-first approach to Fire Start Productions, specializing in client and artist relations. A proud U.S. military veteran, Juliani combines discipline and leadership with his entertainment background, which includes working in some of Atlantic City’s largest venues and setting up shows in New York as a member of IATSE Local 1. Alongside his leadership in client relations, Jul is highly skilled in on-set audio operations, ensuring crystal-clear sound for live events, film shoots, and productions of all sizes. His ability to keep calm under pressure and his expertise in sound make him a vital link between clients, artists, and the production team.
